In the early 1980’s Clofine Dairy & Food
Products became one of the first companies to explore
alternatives in dried soy technology.
From this beginning we still continue to service
our initial accounts with spray dried soymilk and tofu
powders and have expanded our lines in soy to include
full and low fat flour, roasted and enzyme active grits,
expeller and refined soy oils, as well as textured soy
proteins in various size, color and flavor profiles.
Since we started well before genetic modification
was an issue, all our soymilk and tofu powders remain
non-GMO and processed under kosher pareve supervision
using no harsh chemicals.
For the health conscience company we can provide
organic certifications.
With the added FDA announcement in November of
1999 lending its approval to soy’s health benefits we
have witnessed and explosion in soy interest and expect
this trend to continue.
Recently we added liquid soymilk in tankers to
complement our product link. This allows our larger
customers to obtain significant savings on handling
related costs.
In addition, grain products such as vital wheat gluten,
maltodextrin, soy isolates, soy blends and basic soy
flours have been added to the product line.
We will constantly strive to develop
technologically advanced ingredients that will enhance
our existing product mix.
